All UNFRM products are made to order.
Orders typically begin processing within 2–5 business days after purchase. Processing includes production and preparation for shipment.
Please note that processing times may increase during high-volume periods, holidays, or limited releases.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 3–7 business days
International: Varies by destination

Shipping Delays
UNFRM is not responsible for delays caused by:

incorrect or incomplete addresses

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
UNFRM is not responsible for:

orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
UNFRM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
